Refund policy

We want you to love your Faith Based Collective purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  2. Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items for health and safety reasons.
  3. To initiate a return, please contact us at FaithBasedCollective@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  5. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
  6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
